BRIEF
A
Our client had been looking to purchase an upmarket
apartment at the Docklands for over a year. He had
become frustrated and was fed up with inconsistent
information provided by numerous agents. This made
it impossible for him to evaluate each deal and
have the confidence to make an offer knowing that he
was paying a fair market price. He had been
recommended to use KPI™ by a
friend who had used us successfully in the
past. We were instructed under our
Diamond Package.
RESULT A
Within a couple of weeks KPI™
researched the whole area and was able to provide
the client with accurate information which made it easy for him to
focus on what kind of apartment he should be
looking to purchase. KPI™ managed to
negotiate a penthouse $50,000 below a bank
valuation which was an excellent result.

B
Our client a top tier Law Firm
needed to organise a staff relocation for a new
employee, his wife and young daughter
from Korea. KPI™ was
instructed under one of the Corporate Relocation
Packages to find suitable rental accommodation
and research child care
centres. We needed to find accommodation
where the vLandlord would accept a six
month lease and the family could move in within 14
days.
RESULT B
KPI™ undertook a
lifestyle needs analysis of the family, found two child care
centres that had a space available for their
daughter and short listed suitable accommodation
for inspection. A six month lease with
a discounted rental of $15pw with
our client's desired move in date on the apartment of choice was
negotiated by KPI™.
This successful outcome was achieved in 9 days.

Our client engaged KPI™
to act on their behalf under the Vendor Advocacy
Package to assist them with the disposal of their
family home.
RESULT C
KPI™ interviewed three
local selling agents in the area, assessed their marketing
proposals together with method of sale and expected
selling price. We negotiated a reduced commission
for our client and guided them to select the best selling
agent to suit their needs. KPI™
was there to safeguard and protect our client
throughout the entire selling campaign. The
property was successfully sold at auction for the
price our clients wanted to achieve.

Our clients were renting and didn't know if they
could afford to take the next step and purchase
their first home. After seeing KPI™ at

to ascertain if they were in a position to invest
in either shares or property. Owner had purchased this property
(which was a 1 bed unit under 5 sqs) seven months

successfully raised a further 23.6% of equity in
this property. The owner has since purchased another 1 bedroom unit.

Our client had just purchased a property which was
going to be their new family home. They needed to
sell their existing home and achieve the highest selling
price possible to make the move easier financially.
It was imperative that the right selling agent was
selected to help them achieve their goal.
RESULT F

selling agents on their behalf, negotiated
commissions, made marketing recommendations and
presentation tips to promote the property in the best
possible way. Our client’s property was
successfully sold prior to auction for an amount
over their reserve price.

Owner had their bank value a residential property 7
weeks before instructing KPI™
to have their property re-valued as they were dissatisfied with the
bank's valuation.
RESULT G
KPI™ increased the
owner's equity by 34.1% under the Equity Assist™ Package.
The owner then refinanced with this valuation and
has since purchased an investment property with the
assistance of KPI™.

successful purchase prior to auction for the client. The
property was in a prime location and under the

Client had the bank value their properties for
refinancing and were not happy with the result.
They were referred to KPI™. They

residential properties for this client increasing Property No. 1 by
40.9%; Property No. 2 by 16.3% and Property No. 3
by 43.3%. The clients were able to leverage against

property for a client under the Diamond Package.
RESULT J
Our client’s blue chip investment
property was purchased successfully at auction. KPI™
were able to spot genuine bidders and negotiate tough with the agents
after the property was passed in. This blue chip
property was purchased for $25,000 under the
reserve. Yes you read correctly, $25,000 under the reserve!

negotiated in a 3 week period.

Our clients had spent over 6 exhausting months
looking for an un-renovated house with good land
size for their twin boys. They had attended hundreds of
open for inspections, looked at many inappropriate
