... It amazes me how much can change in a year. I thought I  had it all planned out with my investments and actually  thought that I was doing OK by already owning an investment  property before I had turned 30. The typical property  “investment”  people that I had dealt with in the past had  given me information that in hindsight was only 50% of the  real picture. I am sure that if I had known the strategies that I  have learnt in the past year from you and your team then I would be a lot more advanced than I am  now. You especially know how to locate and purchase a bargain and I am glad that even with your  Gold fees I was able to purchase a second property at a price that was well under what I had  budgeted.
