. ... My husband and I have purchased our second  residential property (which we plan to transform  into our "dream home") under KPI™'s 'Gold  Package' and our excitement is growing by the  day!! Here is our story:

 After approximately six months of searching for  an un-renovated period home, with good land  size, in certain parts of certain suburbs, we were  introduced to Melissa Opie of KPI™. I have to  admit when my husband first mentioned the idea  of using KPI™ to assist us with our purchase, I knew I would take some convincing that this type of  service was value for money... But now I am pleased to say that I was definitely "convinced", and after  having purchased a property using Melissa's skills and expertise, I now find myself "convincing" others  that the investment you make in Melissa, is effectively an investment you make in the property you end  up purchasing, and it is well worth while.

 Melissa researched properties for us with very little notice, yet still managed to do a thorough  investigation of the contract of sale, the street, the area, the style of houses in the street/area and  their future appreciation etc. Melissa has a style that is very determined and assertive, yet in a very  gentle and ingressive manner. This enabled her to negotiate some great special contract conditions for  us prior to auction.

 At the end of the day, if I had to say what I liked most about our experience with Melissa Opie and  KPI™'s Gold Package, it was the fact that Melissa was able to educate us with her expert opinion as to  what each property was worth in terms of land value, value of existing house based on style and  current condition, street value in the area etc, versus what she thought the property would sell for at  auction given the current market conditions. This gave us the confidence and comfort to set a realistic  limit for each property and also to stop bidding when this limit was exceeded, knowing that the decision  to do so was based on financial considerations rather than emotional reactions.

 Melissa's genuine concern for our future was much appreciated, and we look forward to continuing our  relationship with her both professionally and personally.
