I recently used the Diamond Service package offered by  KPI™ and was extremely happy with the level of service  offered by Melissa.

 I provided an outline of my needs in my initial meeting and  left Melissa to come up with a suitable property. I was  provided with information on a range of properties along with  recent sales and rental information. Inspections of the short  listed properties were organised by Melissa to minimise the amount of time I had to spend on this  activity.

 Melissa was able to purchase my selected property at a very reasonable price prior to auction.
