I approached Melissa Opie from KPI after a friend recommended I use a Vendors Advocate. For 2 years I was trying to sell my property but it was hard to sell due to the size and the agents couldn’t get the result. So I thought I would give KPI a try. Before this I didn’t even know what Vendor Advocacy was or that there was such a service out there. The result was fantastic, Melissa took care of everything and sold my property and for a good price. What I liked most about Melissa is her customer service. From the beginning she was very honest/transparent and realistic which made me feel comfortable with her. She made the whole experience easy, I didn’t have to be hands on at all which took away a lot of the stress normally associated with selling. She liaised with the selling agents, my conveyancer, had the property styled and managed the advertising campaign. She even got the property stylist to come in and do it again cause she felt it wasn’t up to scratch. I found the whole experience very enjoyable and would happily recommend Melissa, she really does go above and beyond to make sure the best possible outcome is achieved. Just can’t thank you enough Melissa.
