We are very pleased with the purchase of our new home.
It was so important for us to have KPI involved, not just to do the bidding on the day, but also it was a great relief to us to have someone we trusted liaise with the selling agent and vendor before auction.
We were very impressed with your organisational skills in arranging the building inspection, the conveyancer, double checking the contract documentation and many other details that were so important to our success on the day.
On the day of the auction itself it was good to know that you, Melissa, were there to act on our behalf and that we had all our homework done. We were a little nervous however very confident that knowing the fair value of the property, and having set our limits, we would achieve our goal.
This is the second property you have successfully purchased for us, the first one an investment property. I would strongly recommend anyone in the market for a property to consider the many benefits of having the expertise of KPI working for them.
